Work-family Role Conflict And Structure Commitment Among Industrial Staff An Empirical Study On A Sample Of Adrar University Staff

The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the role conflict work and family on the organizational commitment of administrative workers at the University of Adrar. The descriptive investigative research method was adopted for the study. The total of 200 participants was selected for the study using proportional stratified sampling technique. The Linear regression analysis and t-test were used to test hypotheses created for the study. The study found significant differences in organizational commitment. That’s between males and females, based on the role conflict between work and family.
