الدور الوسيط للرشاقة الاستراتيجية في العلاقة بين الإنتاج الرشيق والأداء المستدام

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى الدور الوسيط للرشاقة الاستراتيجية في العلاقة بين الانتاج الرشيق والأداء المستدام لمجمع المناصير الصناعي في الكرك. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي المستويات الادارية العليا والوسطى والتشغيلية، وتم تحليل (208) استبانة. توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: وجود أثر مباشر وغير مباشر ذي دلالة احصائية للإنتاج الرشيق في الأداء المستدام من خلال الدور الوسيط للرشاقة الاستراتيجية. توصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة وعي وإدراك العاملين في مجمع المناصير الصناعي في الكرك بأهمية تعزيز تطبيق الانتاج الرشيق لأثره في تحسين العمليات الانتاجية، كما توصي بضرورة توفير التدريبات اللازمة للعاملين في مجال الرشاقة الاستراتيجية من خلال الاستعانة بالخبراء المتخصصين في هذا المجال لتحقيق الأداء المستدام الكلمات المفتاحية: تصنيف JEL: Q56؛ M11

أثر التورق في سيولة المصارف الإسلامية السورية دراسة قياسية تحليلية

تم اللجوء إلى التورق المصرفي (قلب الدين) في الجمهورية العربية السورية خلال فترة الأزمة بديلاً شرعياً عن عمليات الجدولة والهيكلة التقليدية القائمة على الفائدة، ولما كان التورق المصرفي لديه الكثير من الآثار غير المرغوبة على الاقتصاد والأداء المالي للمصارف وذلك من خلال بناء هرم يتضخم فيه الديون (قاعدة الهرم) بالاستناد إلى كمية قليلة من السلع (رأس الهرم) ومن ثم الانهيار وظهور أزمة، جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان أثر عمليات قلب الدين في سيولة المصارف الإسلامية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 31/3/2013 ولتاريخ 31/12/2018 على نحو ربعي وذلك باستخدام طرق قياسية حديثة من بينها اختبارات جذر الوحدة ونموذج مربعات الانحدار الصغرى واختبارات البواقي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن 42% من التغيرات في نسبة السيولة ناجمة عن التغير في كل من القيم السابقة لنسبة السيولة ونسبة عمليات قلب الدين من المحفظة الائتمانية. كما يتضح أنّ هناك أثراً إيجابياً معنوياً لنسبة التورق في نسبة السيولة مما يدل على قوة تأثير التورق على سيولة المصارف الإسلامية الأمر الذي يلزم المصارف والسلطات الرقابية بضرورة متابعة الصيغة التمويلية المذكورة وإدارة مخاطرها.

Banking Tawarruq, (debt reversal) was used in the Syrian Arab Republic during the crisis period as a legitimate alternative to traditional interest-based scheduling and structuring processes, Whereas banking Tawarruq has many undesirable effects on the economy and financial performance of banks by building a pyramid in which debts swell (the base of the pyramid) based on a small amount of commodities (the top of the pyramid) and then collapse and the emergence of a crisis, this study came to show the impact of debt reversal operations on the liquidity of Islamic banks during the period from 31/3/2013 to 31/12/2018 on a quarterly basis, using modern standard measuring methods, including unit root tests, the least regression squares model, and residual tests, the results of the study showed that 42% of the changes in the liquidity ratio are caused by the change in both the previous values of the liquidity ratio and the ratio of debt reversal operations from the credit portfolio. It is also evident that there is a positive significant moral effect of the tawarruq ratio on the liquidity ratio, which indicates the strength of the effect of tawarruq on the liquidity of Islamic banks, which obliges banks and supervisory authorities to follow the mentioned financing formula and manage its risks.

تهدف الدرسة إلى التحقق من تداعيات العلاقة بين الانفاق الحكومي ومعدلات الفقر بالاقتصاد الليبي للفترة 1996- 2020م، وأعتمدت الدراسة على اختبار جذر الوحدة للمقاطع الهيكلية "Structural break unit root tests"، ومنهحية "Gregory Hansen" التكامل المشترك ذي العتبات، ومنهجية "FMOLS, DOLS & CCR" ومنهجية "ECM" لتقدير دالة الدراسة بالمدى الطويل والقصير، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود هيكل مقطعي "Structural break" سنة 2015، وأن الإنفاق الحكومي له تأثير عير حقيقي في الاتجاه الموجب للحد من معدل الفقر، وأن التضخم له تأثير عكسي على معدل الفقر.

This study aimed to investigate of ramifications the relationship between government spending and the poverty rates in Libyan economy during 1996- 2020. Therefore, relied on Structural break unit root tests; Gregory Hansen approaches; FMOLS, DOLS & CCR approaches; & ECM approach, to estimate a relationship in long and short runs. Thus, it was found out that, there is a structural break in 2015, and government spending has a positive unreal effect to reduce the poverty rate, and inflation has negative effect on the poverty rate.

JEL: C01, L25 Abstract: This study estimated TE of manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises in Tanzania at 38.50% assuming a variable return to scale using two-stage DEA. Which means that these enterprises can increase their production by 61.50% using the same amounts of inputs. Construction SMEs were the most technically efficient, followed by food industries, hotels and restaurants, textiles and clothing, transport and manufactured metals. The enterprise' size, the start-up in the formal sector, and foreign investment were the main determinants of TE at the aggregate SMEs level. JEL classification codes: C01, L25

تحديات ومعوقات استخدام التعليم المحاسبي الإلكتروني في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ظل جائحة كورونا

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديات ومعوقات استخدام التعليم المحاسبي الإلكتروني في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، أعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في اظهار وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والدوريات والرسائل العلمية، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ((SPSS وذلك بعد إجراء مسح شامل وتوزيع الاستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة لعدد (88) عضو هيئة تدريسية، وتم تحليل عدد (62) استبانه بنسبة استجابة (70.45%). أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وجود ضعف لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة باستخدام التعليم المحاسبي الإلكتروني، وظهر ذلك بشكل واضح في ظل جائحة كورنا عند قيام الجامعات الفلسطينية باستخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، كما أن الجامعات الفلسطينية تعاني من ضعف في الإمكانات المادية والأجهزة والتقنيات التكنولوجية لتطوير التعليم الالكتروني واستخدامه في التعليم المحاسبي الإلكتروني خاصة في ظل جائحة كورونا. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز الإمكانات المادية ووضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لتطوير التعليم المحاسبي الإلكتروني بالجامعات الفلسطينية لمواجهة الأزمات مثل أزمة جائحة كورونا.

This study aims at clarifying the development of the Chinese yuan status in the global economy, especially after the launch of its internationalization process from 2009 to the present day, we are going to elucidate why China is very interested in internationalization its currency? In this study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach that relies on analyzing data and statistics about the Chinese currency and the evolution of its global position against the US dollar since the beginning of its internationalization process 2009. The Chinese currency has known an increasing usage in international transactions, even with these new events which have been caused by the COVID-19. Multidimensional Poverty Index: New Perspective For Poverty Analysis Some Evidences From Arab Countries

This research paper aims mainly to apply the multidimensional poverty index to analyze the reality of poverty in some Arab countries compared to other poverty indicators, and then to submit proposals for inclusion in the national and regional policies concerned with combating this phenomenon in these countries. The research results show that the Arab countries face serious challenges in reducing poverty because estimates indicate that the size and depth of poverty is very large. Therefore, absolute income poverty indicators alone, or even a multidimensional poverty index, cannot be considered sufficient to express the level of fragility and societal cohesion in Arab countries, and does not take into account the level of individuals' access to basic services and the aspirations of members of society and their outlook for the future. Cette recherche vise principalement à appliquer l'indice de pauvreté multidimensionnelle pour analyser la réalité de la pauvreté dans certains pays arabes par rapport à d'autres indicateurs de pauvreté, puis à soumettre des propositions d'intégration dans les politiques nationales et régionales de lutte contre ce phénomène dans ces pays. Les résultats de la recherche montrent que les pays arabes sont confrontés à de sérieux défis pour réduire la pauvreté car les estimations indiquent que la taille et la profondeur de la pauvreté sont très importantes. Par conséquent, les seuls indicateurs de pauvreté monétaire absolue, voire un indice de pauvreté multidimensionnelle, ne peuvent être considérés comme suffisants pour exprimer le niveau de fragilité et de cohésion sociétale dans les pays arabes, et ne prennent pas en compte le niveau d'accès des individus aux services de base et les aspirations. des membres de la société et leurs perspectives d’avenir. The purpose of this paper is to present the factors driving and accelerating the adoption of innovation by highlighting China’s experience in tackling the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19. A literature review of types, degrees and drivers for innovations was conducted. We adopt descriptive research by using a specific method for the review, the authors selected a set of papers from various scientific databases as a study sample, which covers the knowledge domain object of this study. The findings show that there are several factors driving and accelerating innovation according to the sector and field of activity. The result shows that there are other factors specific to the country of China that promote innovation, which called “3+6+7” reform agenda

Using Bank’s Marketing Mix To Promoting Green Investment In Algeria.

Abstract : The aim of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between the Algerian banks’ marketing mix and the promoting of green investment. This study was conducted based on a psychometrically validated questionnaire designed and distributed to a random sample of 20 Algerian banks. The response rate was 60%. We used statistical methods to analyze the three principal hypotheses developed. In particularly, we found that: (H1) Algerian banks have adopted strategies to guide investors towards green investment. (H2) There is a relationship between Algerian banks marketing mix and the promoting of green investments.(H3) There is a statistically significant difference amongst Algerian banks due to type determinant (Public, private or mixed). Nous avons utilisé des méthodes statistiques pour analyser les trois principales hypothèses développées. This paper aimed to investigate the effect of openness to trade on economic growth in the MENA region over the period 1994-2018. The descriptive study interested on analyzing the performance of per capita real GDP growth, openness and institutions in the world, and focused on a comparing the situation of MENA region with other geographical regions. The econometric study based on the use of the augmented Solow model of endogenous growth, in order to test the openness-growth relationship. The empirical results supported the descriptive study because the estimated coefficients of the openness and institutions variables are positive and statistically significant. Cette étude visait à étudier l'effet de l'ouverture commerciale sur la croissance économique dans la région MENA sur la période 1994-2018. L'étude descriptive était fondée sur une analyse des performances mondiales de la croissance économique, de l'ouverture et des institutions, et sur une comparaison de la performance de la région de MENA avec d'autres régions géographiques. L'étude économétrique qui basée sur l'utilisation du modèle de Solow développé de la croissance endogène afin de tester la relation entre l'ouverture et la croissance économique est permet de promouvoir les résultats de l'étude descriptive, car la variable d'ouverture est statistiquement significative.

La Productivité Totale Des Facteurs Des Banques En Algérie : Décomposition Par L’indice De Malmquist.

L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser l’évolution de la productivité totale des facteurs (PTF) des banques commerciales en Algérie après les reformes de libéralisation financière. En utilisant l’indice de Malmquist estimé par la méthode non-paramétrique de type DEA, sur un échantillon de 10 banques ; les résultats démontrent que les banques ont en moyenne, connu une faible amélioration de leur productivité durant la période 2004-2017. Les taux moyens de croissance des indicateurs de la productivité sont : 4.6% pour la PTF, 6 % pour l’efficience technique totale et -1.3% pour le progrès technique. La croissance de la PTF est liée d’avantage à l’efficience d’échelle qu’au progrès technique. Elle se caractérise par une sous-utilisation des ressources mais des rendements d’échelles appropriés.

La qualité de vie au travail et l’engagement organisationnel sont aujourd’hui au centre de préoccupations managériales qui concourent à la fois à l’épanouissement des personnes et au développement du comportement organisationnel. Cette recherche vise à étudier la relation entre la qualité de vie au travail et l’engagement organisationnel des employés. Pour tester nos hypothèses, une étude quantitative est réalisée au sein de la SONELGAZ « BATNA », Les données ont été recueillies auprès de 138 employés, ils ont été analysés à l'aide de SPSS. Les résultats montrent qu’il existe une relation positive et significative entre la qualité de la vie au travail et l'engagement organisationnel des employés.

تعنى هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة تأثير الاستقرار الاقتصادي والسياسي على النمو الاقتصادي لعينة تتكون من 21 دولة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA) خلال الفترة 1996 – 2017 ، وقد قمنا بإجراء تقديرات نموذجية مختلفة لدراسة تأثير متغيرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي والسياسي على النمو الاقتصادي، تشير نتائج التقديرات إلى وجود تأثير كبير وقوي لمعدلات التضخم والبطالة على نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن الاستقرار السياسي وضبط الفساد له تأثير ايجابي على النمو الاقتصادي في دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.

This study aimed to demonstrate the effect of quality of work life on the organizational commitment of researchers in the scientific research centers in Algeria - a case study of the scientific and technical research center for arid regions (Omar Barnawi) in Biskra -. The study population consisted of all 56 researchers at the center, and we distributed the questionnaire to all of them, and we obtained 36 valid questionnaires for analysis. The study concluded many results, the most important of which is that the quality of the working life explains 59% of the changes in organizational commitment. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of improving the material working conditions more, and providing everything that helps the researcher to perform his tasks.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر اقتصاد المعرفة في تعزيز قدرات مجموعة من الدول العربية لاختراق أسواق التصدير، وعلى ذلك سيتم قياس أثر ركائز اقتصاد المعرفة الأربعة في دعم إمكانيات الاستحواذ على الحصص السوقية في الأسواق الدولية وذلك للفترة 2007-2016. ومن أجل الإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة، سيتم الاعتماد على المتغيرات المستقلة الآتية: مؤشر الابتكار العالمي ، ومؤشر دليل التنمية البشرية ومؤشر تنافسية الاقتصاد. ومن ثمّ قياس أثر هذه المتغيرات على متغير اختراق أسواق التصدير. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لكل من الابتكار والتنمية البشرية على قدرات اختراق أسواق التصدير في المدى الطويل، في حين كان لمؤشر تنافسية الاقتصاد أثرا سلبيا.

This research aims to study the effect of the marketing mix of financial services on customer satisfaction at the level of the Algeria Post Corporation in M'SILA, using the modeling method through structural equations and the path analysis model, to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between the elements of the marketing mix and customer satisfaction from June 2019 until until December 2019, and we found that there is a significant moral effect of the elements of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction, but to varying degrees, the most important of which are distribution and operation, physical evidence, promotion, individuals, and then in weak degrees like price.

حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تحديد وقياس أهم المتغيرات الاقتصادية المسببة للتضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018)، وبالنظر لتعدد وتداخل مسبباتها سواء كانت نقدية أو غير نقدية (هيكلية) اعتمدنا على طريقة ACP في استخراج أهم المتغيرات الاقتصادية المؤثرة في الظاهرة حيث تم التوصل إلى أن المتغيرات النقدية "سعر الصرف، كتلة الأجور والكتلة النقدية" هي المتغيرات المقبولة في تأثيرها على التضخم والتي تم الاعتماد عليها في بناء نموذج ARDL حيث توصلنا من خلاله أن هذه المتغيرات لها آثار على التضخم في المدى القصير فقط وهو ما يتلاءم والنظرية الاقتصادية.

This study aimed to define the role of transformational leadership in promoting human resource development in skikda natural gas liquefaction complex; so that it has been focused on the use of questionnaire as a principal tool in collecting the study data’s by distributing it to a random sample of 90 workers. This study aims to identify trends of the causal relationship between bank financing and economic growth in Morocco between 1980 and 2018, for this purpose, we used Toda and Yamamoto (1995) Approach to test causality in the long run, Which is based on estimating Augmented Vector auto-regression model. The study concluded that there is a Unidirectional causal relationship going from bank financing towards economic growth, In addition to another relationship going from the lending interest rate to economic growth in the long-run, and the study also concluded that there is a Unidirectional causal relationship going from bank financing towards the lending interest rate and broad money in the long-run.

The study aims to test the relationship between knowledge generation and organizational creativity, then explain the effect of adopting knowledge generation on enhancing organizational creativity of CASNOS. The study was conducted using two integrated methods, the first is a documentary (descriptive), by reviewing some of the literature to clarify the theoretical background, while the second method is survey (analytical) through the use of the questionnaire, using (SPSS. V25) and descriptive statistical tools. The results showed that the CASNOS level is a valuable medium for the process of generating knowledge, and there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge generation on the organizational creativity. This study aims to revealing the effect of information technology on knowledge sharing in Algeria Telecom Ouargla, and identify the level of dimensions of two variables. To achieve the study a questionnaire was designed consisting of 29 items, which included a sample of 160 employees, through the use of quantitative analysis tools, the results showed a high interest information technology (78%), in addition the level of knowledge sharing is high (77%),, it was also there is a positive effect of all dimensions of information technology on knowledge sharing.

The expert system is one of the applications that the enterprise uses to identify and diagnose problems, develop and evaluate solutions and suggest the right solution. This study aims to highlight the role of the expert system in activating knowledge management processes (knowledge generation, storage, distribution, and application). The study, after analysing the data and testing hypotheses, found that the expert system through its characteristics and components has a positive impact on the knowledge management processes of the enterprise in question, and that the components of the expert system have a greater impact on knowledge management processes.

To identify the reality of using e-learning and its obstacles, we conducted on a sample of faculty members at economics, commerce and management sciences-university of JIJEL, and we have designed a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, 108 questionnaires were distributed, valid questionnaires were 82. The questionnaires were analyzed and interpreted by using the spss program. The study concluded that: There is a high use of e-learning from the faculty members.and Electronic and material obstacles are the most important e-learning application obstacles at the faculty.

This study aims to highlight the role that entrepreneurial accompaniment plays in its dimensions (reception and guidance, consulting, training) in building the competitive capabilities of project holders in the technological incubator in Sidi Abdullah, and the descriptive analytical method was used while the information was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 owners A project in the incubator, and after analysis using the SPSS program, The study concluded that there is a positive effect of the company accompaniment in building competitive capabilities through its dimensions (consulting, training).While there is no effect of the reception and guidance dimension in building the competitiveness of project holders in the technology incubator in Sidi Abdullah.

Transport models as the most important quantitative Methods that help in decision-making within operations research can help to evaluate stocks by including the movement of stocks in and out within a transport model, can give us efficient results in stock assessment, whether the goal is to maximize or minimize without being affected by price fluctuations. Applying to one of THE COOPERATIVE PRODUCTS OF GRAINS AND DRY VEGETABLES in M'sila and for a month, it was found that they lead to efficient results in evaluating the outputs as well as the end-of-term stock in this cooperative, and thus rational control of the costs of stocks.
