Résumé

This research aims to highlight the importance of adopting internal marketing practices on customer satisfaction in Algerian tourism institutions. A survey was conducted on a sample of employees of hotel establishments in setif, and it was found through this study that there is a statistically significant correlation between the adoption of internal marketing practices and the level of awareness of the importance of internal marketing in achieving customer satisfaction, The results also indicated that internal marketing practices positively affect customer satisfaction.
