Résumé

The study aims to test the relationship between knowledge generation and organizational creativity, then explain the effect of adopting knowledge generation on enhancing organizational creativity of CASNOS. The study was conducted using two integrated methods, the first is a documentary (descriptive), by reviewing some of the literature to clarify the theoretical background, while the second method is survey (analytical) through the use of the questionnaire, using (SPSS. V25) and descriptive statistical tools. The results showed that the CASNOS level is a valuable medium for the process of generating knowledge, and there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge generation on the organizational creativity.
