Abstract

This study aims to revealing the effect of information technology on knowledge sharing in Algeria Telecom Ouargla, and identify the level of dimensions of two variables. To achieve the study a questionnaire was designed consisting of 29 items, which included a sample of 160 employees, through the use of quantitative analysis tools, the results showed a high interest information technology (78%), in addition the level of knowledge sharing is high (77%),, it was also there is a positive effect of all dimensions of information technology on knowledge sharing.
