Abstract

This study aimed to define the role of transformational leadership in promoting human resource development in skikda natural gas liquefaction complex; so that it has been focused on the use of questionnaire as a principal tool in collecting the study data’s by distributing it to a random sample of 90 workers. The study concluded that the level of practicing the transformational leadership way reached a high level as well as human resource development, in .addition to that there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of the transformational leadership on the human resource development
