Abstract

The study aimed at researching human talent management practices and its relationship to achieving comprehensive quality from the viewpoint of employees at the University of Palestine. The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the results concluded that the degrees of employee appreciation for human talent management practices are high, and the order of the fields of study came downwards (engaging talent, developing talent, Retaining talent, identifying talent). The overall score for the reality of achieving total quality is high, and the results show a positive relationship between human talent management practices and achieving overall quality. Among the most prominent recommendations: holding seminars, training courses and workshops related to what is human talent management and its role in achieving comprehensive quality, considering achieving comprehensive quality as a value that comes through human talent management practices
