Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the contribution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to the competitive advantage of SIDER El-Hadjar Iron and Steel Complex. It was concluded that the ERP system contributes to enhancing the competitive advantage of the Complex to a high degree. The study recommended the need for a comprehensive and complete generalization of the ERP system at the level of the complex and working to overcome the difficulties that face the process of using this system at the boat level, whether related to mental, financial difficulties or the lack of local experts.
