This study aimed to determine the impact of mutual trust and common vision on innovation in Algerian economic firms. This is based on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 180 firms Belong to various economic sectors (122 of which were valid for analysis). The study reached many results, including: the intermediate level of mutual trust and common vision between individuals of Algerian firms as well the intermediate level of innovation. The hypothesis test results also showed a modest impact of mutual trust and common vision on innovation.
