Abstract

To identify the reality of using e-learning and its obstacles, we conducted on a sample of faculty members at economics, commerce and management sciences-university of JIJEL, and we have designed a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, 108 questionnaires were distributed, valid questionnaires were 82. The questionnaires were analyzed and interpreted by using the spss program. The study concluded that: There is a high use of e-learning from the faculty members.and Electronic and material obstacles are the most important e-learning application obstacles at the faculty.
